    There seems to be a need for a single forum or sub-forums for all things trail communications (CB, HAM, GMRS). There are several great threads with amazing information like this
    CB thread, this GMRS thread and this general discussion thread but they are spread all over and having a single place would cut down on the many of the short threads that have good info but disappear down the list when they are in a regional or other random forum.

    The recovery forum was late to the game but it has become a solid source of info. The same could be true of all things radio.

    no comms for me but I third the nomination. didn't seem to be a prevalent topic back when the forum first came about but now it seems MANY people are getting some sort of comms setup installed.
