Appreciate the locations. Used to have some good German shops in E downtown before the economy fell out. They used to carry all that type of high end meats and sausage.

Tell me about the shop in esparto? I work up that way sometimes. I'll bring a cooler. Now for tri tip, try angelos deli with the cali champagne rub. Tasty. Now buds meats has some good choices also, just pricey.

Girlfriends family has a brick oven in their backyard and it makes some damn good pizza

Ditmmer's in Los Altos/Palo Alto makes all their stuff. It's fucking amazing. They've got a lot of German treats and stuff. Sandwiches which makes it a great lunch stop.

i tried installing the Pelfrey supports as well but they did not fit with Jerry's. the NorCal solution seems to be much stronger than the one from SoCal.

 

Probably not asking about the valley I'm thinking of, because that would be a hell of a joke.
