Have a 2006 Tacoma with a Satoshi grill and it seems that I am late for the party. I would like to upgrade all my lights to LED. What is a name of a reputable company that has LED “plug and play” lights?

Also, I am seeing people having their turn signal lights always on with “raptor style lights” in their grill. Are there step by step directions for accomplishing both of these things. I have searched, but all I am seeing are guys that have already accomplished this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
