Just so we are all on the same page, what the plan is is to meet at the McDonald’s right off of the Cajon pass, 3230 wagon train road, Phelan, ca at 9:30am. From there we can head up the 138 a little and turn to the trailhead/staging area where we can air down and look over everything before we start here: 16041 CA-173, Hesperia, CA 92345.

Sorry for any of the confusion, it got a little messy trying to sift through the forum after I took over, trying to figure out the logistics

EDIT: I just realized I posted the wrong address before that was my bad, I got the McDonalds messed up but the address stated above is where I was thinking, it is just up the 15 a little more. Totally my bad :anonymous:

So I'm stuck on my brakes... Again...

The bleeder valve on the driver's side sheared off when I tired to open it to bleed them...

I'm trying to extract it, but its not budging. Looks like I need to replace the calipers entirely, or take it to a machine shop and have them drill it out... Fuck my life.... Lol

    Whole lotta stuff
Should be able to drill that out. easier said than done, but doubt it's as pricey as buying a whole new oem or aftermarket caliper.

Yea I'm thinking I might order some new calipers, have them on standby, try drilling it out, and if it doesn't work, or I fuck it up, just replace them. If it works, I'll return the calipers.

    Here's what it looks like:

From my experience if those bleeder valves are stuck they ARE stuck.
Pretty much drill and tap or get rebuilt calipers from NAPA and send the old ones as cores.

tried 4 different sizes/types, and none worked. only one was able to actually grab it, but it was so stuck, that the drill's chuck actually spun on the bit instead of actually breaking the valve bolt loose...

If you aren't running 17" rims then you should probably skip it for now.
    And they are $$$$.

This stoptech bbk says it fits 16" rims but mileage may vary depending on the rim.

This one if for 17" or larger rims I think

    Wilwood also makes a kit
