Got them put in. It took a bit longer than expected due to my ARB. I had to modify the Resi bracket to make the bumper support bracket and resi bracket work together.

The only thing I’m confused with is the aluminum block that is provided with the Resi mount. I’m not running my sway bar so I just bolted it up however I could but I feel like there is a proper way and I know I’m way off the mark.

If someone could kindly post some pics of how theirs is mounted (the new mount), it would be invaluable to me.

That bar is to relocate the sway bar forward to clear the coil better. If you aren’t running a sway bar you don’t need it i believe. Bracket should be against the frame. Looks good man. Check full droop and stuff to see if anything makes contact then test on road and over some Bumps of you can. The new bracket is supposed to alleviate any issues but different tire UCA and spacing combos can yield different results.

See my install pics a few pages back.

You’re absolutely right man. Called ADS today and they told me the same thing. I’m an idiot lol

That being said. The bracket is quite high. The Resi is touching the fender well if I use the hose clamps where indicated on the bracket. For now I loosened the clamps and pulled the Resi down, but now the clamps are almost on the very top of the Resi (black ring)

Lol no worries man. Glad you got a hold of them. Yeah mine sits a little high as well but shouldn’t bother the resi at all.

Got the driver side suspension swapped out. The UCA bolt always makes for an interesting time...

Just curious...do the front of your resis rub on that plastic and make a squeaky sound? (The part toward the front of the truck)

Not sure yet. Just installed it today. If it does I’ll probably just trim the plastic.

    Whole lotta stuff
If it does you could always just take a utility blade or any sharp knife and cut away a small bit. Gets rid of the sound and doesn't affect anything with the slightest bit of importance.

I think my problem is that I mounted the resi mount under the sway bar relocate bracket instead of against the frame...

Gotta say, not impressed with ADS' quality control. Had to flip the tophats around since they were both installed backwards, but not a huge deal I guess. Then went to turn the compression adjuster by hand and it started spewing shock fluid. Got it tightened and now it seems to work like it's supposed to, but not too happy that it was loose enough to turn the entire thing by hand in the first place.

Hopefully these things prefrom well enough for me to forget about these things :mudding:

The person who built those shocks is no longer employed there. Ill make sure any issues are resolved. Sorry for the hassle.

No worries, it's not your fault. Still wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anybody in the Vegas area for the great customer service alone.

Just want to make sure others are on the lookout for stuff like this if they choose ADS.

Ya, unfortunately there was a batch that the guy assembled with some issues, they thought they got them all but that pair must have slipped through the cracks.

Stroke? Looks like the Kings were a 12" and the ADS are a 10"?
