I was cleaning my throttle body and when I was putting the intake housing back I cross treaded this bolt and I am unable to remove it. Any suggestions on how to get it out? Thanks!

Work it back and forth if possible and see if it work its way out, then deal with tapping the insert it screws into.

Get the bolt out carefully, then chase the threads again, might be some good threads left down below. Get a replacement bolt of the right length and thread pitch at Ace hardware
