touch up paint for powder coated rci rack

Any good recommendations for a touch paint for the RCI bed rack. I live at the beach in San Diego and have a few scratches down to Bair metal. It’ll rust quick with the salty environment, need a quick touch up,

 

I tried finding the thread I read about this on sliders but couldn't find it. What I remember are self etching enamel and to make sure you clean it very well as powder coat is slick and you want a clean surface for the self etching.

After that I remember recommendations of some spray on line x type thing to match the texture of PC or see if your local PC place can make you a color matched spray can or something with some texture.
