This 1st Post has the instructions that you will want to follow for the TSB flash:

Ignore the TS download and install instructions if you grab V14 from above.

The dealer work orders that were posted showed a 0.4hr labor charge on each. So, that should be no more than about $60. In reality, it is 10min of 'work.' The dealers should be offering this up to anyone just for satisfaction.

Forgive my ignorance. I poke my head in here once a month or so. Reading your first page, looks like 2.0 is still in development. Is there a wild eta on it?
Just curious. I'm getting ready to ship my truck overseas later this year and was curious.

Just follow those directions in the link/post. I did it several months ago without a hitch.

I just went through a windows update last night on my laptop that I use for tuning, am I going to need a new reg code in order to install newer updates for 2.0?

No. Generally windows updates do not affect the registration.

With the open tuning options I’m guessing gearing and tire options will be available for speedo adjustments?

The handheld will be more of a convince once everything is said and done?

Either way, appreciate the updates and the things to look forward to.

That's odd. I last flashed in January to 1.05. Since then and now my system id has changed. Same laptop, no upgrades or anything. Only thing I can think of would be windows update.

Edit: I forgot, i did have to change out my keyboard on my laptop... That wouldn't do it though would it?

I didn't have a ton of time on 1.05 before trying the recent beta but can say its much smoother and very easy to drive. I do miss some of the aggressiveness of the 1.05 but thats partially because I was in the performance tune. I plan on flashing back to 1.05 this week so I can use the gearlock function while pulling my trailer up to the mountains. Really looking forward to the ability to select different tune on the fly and 2.0 gear lock. Good stuff!

just ordered handheld. Can’t wait to try 2.0. Does the 2.0 have the fix like 1.5.1 for the studder problem?

Is it just me or running 87 octane I feel I needed the ect button all the time and running 91 the ect button becomes as forgotten as the lane assist button?

What tune are you talking about? For me, 87 octane + ECT was required when I was on 1.05 base. 2.0 is amazing right out of the box.

Pro tip: engaging ECT is a helluva lot cheaper than filling up with 91. ;)

But running 91 at 3 bucks extra a tank increases mileage and power. With the option to add even more with the ect button as a bonus instead of required?

Thank you Mat, that makes sense. Hopefully my truck will still be in one piece after Hurricane Dorian so I can flash 2.0 when my tablet tuner gets here:fingerscrossed:

I didnt do the math yet but using the ect button and getting 15 miles per gallon vs not using ect and getting 20mpg for 3 dollars and 60 cents more per tank. ÷ number of miles driven
