Well crap, drove down there to find out it wasn't a 26" like he said it was. Just a damn near brand new condition 22" Mastertouch with all the fancy stuff. Ended up buying it anyway after driving all the way to get it. For $100 I figure I can probably resell it for what I paid or possibly a little more if I don't want to keep it.

Damn dude that is a bummer! I thought it looked like a 26" from the pictures too. Still a good deal though.

Got tired of waiting for a price drop again so I pulled the trigger. Now I don’t have to borrow the FIL’s when I want to fire up the smoker.

Also got a couple of big Boston Butts for the weekend.

That's the same one I've got. It's been pretty great for the price. I had a problem with the probes not working and they sent me out 2 brand new ones.

I got this for mine as well.

I made the mistake of leaving the batteries in mine for too long and ruined mine. Now I need a new one.

That’s a nice case, think I’ll get that. Thanks!

I’ve ruined some nice Christmas decorations like that. Put them away with batteries still in then pull them out the next year and the leaked batteries rusted and ate through the electronics. Sucks.

I just broke out my single probe ThermoPro to put in the fish smoker this weekend and it looks like the remote and probe won't connect anymore. Still works for checking temps but I have to actually walk to the smoker to use it. Now I know what it's like to be @Misplaced Nebraskan with no WiFi:annoyed:
