    I put a dab of anti seize on the shank or threads that contact the material being bolted together, and blue loctite on the threads that meet the nut. Helps prevent rust or corrosion from forming between metals while also keeping the nut from vibrating loose.


    Idk, I used to do it on the race cars and just kinda kept doing it to every bolt on vehicles. Might be counter intuitive or overkill but....I don’t like metal pets failing.
