Can anyone identify who made this 6" lift on my 2002 Tacoma?

    It’s an old trail-master lift kit. I believe they used a old VW shock for some reason.

    That lift is shit. Honestly. It's a terrible lift and is no longer being sold for a good reason.

    This thing uses a shock as a balljoint spacer. A shock...

    I'll tell you what we tell all the people who talk about having this lift.

    That there is a Trail Disaster er...Master...lift.

    I recall reading that they are difficult to replace because they require fabrication to install but I might be wrong. Hopefully.
