Especially considering it's not just $5k. It's 5K plus all the little other shit that requires replacing or monitoring. The stuff that costs, seemingly $.10 and $.05. Like, spending dimes and nickles...I wish there was a saying for that. But it adds up. And also - now you are not only the driver but you are a system administrator as you monitor, hope, pray, listen, smell - the system you just added to your truck can make the truck less-fun. But i'm wrong a lot...but that's my $.02 :)

I think Black Friday it would drop from $4.6k to somewhere around $5k all in, but yeah you could get more for your money than going with an SC.

I wish I could wrap headers like that!

Your Rotrex pic and pictures like it have always been what pulls me back from the edge from supercharging my BRZ.

All the five and ten centing eats you up. I turboed a Polaris Ranger Diesel and it took me a year to get it just right. Making mods for little stuff because the kit manufacturer is sending you down a bad path with substandard fittings, them not providing or even knowing the turbo required an oil restrictor, then buying a custom radiator because the engine makes way more heat now....

It's fun though, and sometimes you've just got to do it or your mind will eat at you until your crazy!
