That is sooooo trivial for anyone in Colorado. Drive from the Eisenhower tunnel back to Denver on I-70. It's about 50 miles and you can just coast the whole way. I got 80mpg on that drive in a Honda Accord.

Didn't get a picture, but had a full tank average of 24.5mpg on my drive back home from the San Juans. Durango, CO to Longmont, CO, 24.5mpg over 405 miles, a mix of up and down over several mountain passes, averaging anywhere from 65-80mph. I can regularly get 20-22mpg on the I25 corridor in Colorado just going 80mph (if traffic will allow).

Ha. That’s how I did that.

Skied in the Sierras all day then drove home to the foothills.

Got like 15mpgs on the way up.

On the way out to Ouray, I got 18mpg. Took different routes. Went down via the usual 285 to Buena Vista, then over Monarch Pass to Gunnison then over to Montrose. On the way home, drove the million dollar highway to Durango, then across to Alamosa, over to Walsenberg, then I25 home.
