So I'm wondering what I need to put on and take off the import 3.4l 5vz-fe motor I just bought it has a smaller oil pan so I know that for sure but is there anything else?
    Thanks

I've heard that the JDM motors that come from Japan don't have the necessary CA compliant smog equipment on them, so since you live in CA you should make sure you get that figured out. I've never installed one just what I've read on here. Hopefully you still have your old motor and can maybe transfer that stuff over.

JDM 3.4 engine will not pass Cali smog yoi better off finding a regular US 3.4 much easier less headaches

Already got it and finished transferring all the smog shit off the old motor onto the new one just waiting for my timing belt kit and gaskets to come in the mail so I can throw it in
