    Anyone have a warn vr evo yet? It looks like they are answering the challenge of the smittybuilt x2o. Does the remote work how you would expect?

    I have the x20 and its great. Looks like warn is making a more affordable waterproof winch like smitty. For my 10k with synthetic it was 500 bucks. The warn vr 10s evo is 839 retail

    Yup! I was about to get the X2O. I talked to another driver and he has had no problems with it. The VR EVO is the same but from WARN. I saw WARN overseas, If WARN can survive a soldier it is well built!

    Interesting that the VR10 takes a much larger hit on pulling power vs wraps than the others do. With 2 layers, it's nearly the same as a VR8...
