I pick it up for $4 a bottle, for me it last 2x as long as the fiance, I like to add a dash to to mask the bitter flavor of coffee, I can probably get 45 cups out of it. I actually buy it from Gordmans (not sure if they are everywhere, kinda like a tj maxx), believe it or not.

Most dont. A lot of yogurt is sterile. I like to see that nice watery layer produced by bacteria. That's when you know its good stuff. Siggis and Aussie are my go-tos.

We have been over this with @Supra TT . Starbucks will cause bloody diarrhea. I'll drink Folgers (which I'm certain is actually dried and ground god poop) over Starbucks any day. Not to say I drink either... Ive become a fan of Amazon brand recently. CHEAP and tolerable.

I would prefer pre workout or a monster Zero any day every day over coffee. Coffee is just too bitter for me to enjoy. But everything says it’s healthier.

Starbucks doesn’t give me diarrhea lol. Nothing does really. My wife loves coffee though so whenever we goto Starbucks, I can only get cream based stuff lol

It’s only bitter because you don’t have good, fresh coffee and the know how to brew it to bring out the proper flavors and hide the bitterness or acidity

I hear that. If you need a kick in the morning, and want it to be healthy and fast and not as bitter as coffee, try ground black tea.

This shit is fierce. I highly recommend it.

Dash of salt? In coffee? No wonder it’s terrible. You need to start with a good bean. And grind fresh, not pre ground. What are you using to brew?

Don't you live a little south on the West coast to be this pretentious about coffee? :D

I didn’t even know how to use my coffee maker until 5 minutes ago. I just listened to the “How to make a good cup of coffee” tutorial and that’s what it said a hahahah

What is everyone's caffeine policy after noon? This is my kryptonite and bad habit. My work demands I have poor sleep hygiene, so I crank coffee and tea at all hours of the day.

Ima keep quiet cause I basically run off caffeine and that’s why I’m trying to cut down on it at the moment. Can drink 300mg of caffeine and Goto sleep 2 minutes later.

are you using a drip machine? Or what? If you want good coffee, get yourself an aeropress. Makes a great cup every time. It’s almost impossible to make a bad cup with it
I try to not drink coffee late afternoon but I still have an afternoon espresso every now and then.

I used to be pretentious about coffee. I lived in Seattle for a stretch, it came with the territory. I found I enjoyed things like cortados the most. In terms of making a kick-ass cup, good beans are where it begins. I like to french press anything single origin from PT's coffee roaster. They are out of Kansas, surprisingly. The key to getting rid of the bitterness is to let the water cool a bit after it boils, around 185F. I let my electric kettle boil, it turns off when this happens, and then I wait a couple minutes before I pour the water, thats it. I make all my caffeine like this too. I have a couple kinds of powdered teas I like. If you need some more substance to your brew, I do love a tablespoon of heavy whipping cream (shameless plug for keto). I went through a phase where I was trying to do butter coffee, but the emulsification is tough to get right, and the heavy whip tasted better anyway.

200-205* water is usually best. Depends on coarseness of your grind and how you’re brewing, which I’m sure you’re aware
