F67 doesn't fit stock hangers. U539/540HD SUA and U644/645 SUA are good for stock hanger locations.

Shipping time getting close for my hangers? Need to modify my ARB/OME CS047R Dakars. Since they are off the truck will dismantle them and cut back the second leaf. Either cut or take out the third leaf, relocate spacers, install prothane bushings on both ends of springs. Should there be any mods to the overloads and/or clips?

For the clips, you could drill new holes to move the bolts down closer to the main leaf, the ridiculous gap OME puts in the clips is part of why they fan out like some creature on Jurassic Park
Please refer to quoted lead time and message me for updates

:rofl:word, I'm not the only one who raised an eyebrow at delivery. I seriously thought it was like for shipping and the real hardware was included elsewhere..nope. order a SD pack, gets the ginormous clips as the HD pack. I'm considering SUA instead of swapping leaf packs.

Thinking about buying hangers from the competitors? Hammer hangers do not have any permanent threads welded in, its all replaceable bolts and nuts. Here's a failure from the competitors to show why welded in nuts are not a good idea
There's a dozen reasons why Hammer hangers are worth every penny. I've poured over every detail.

I received my Hammer Hangers and cross tube today. I will eventually be doing this in my driveway if anyone has any useful tips I am all ears. I have a Makita grinder a right angle drill , a pancake compressor and a air chisel. Anything else I mak need ?

I like using a ball joint press kit on the 4 rivets parallel to the ground. Grind the heads off, then press them out.

go back a few pages, there's a big discussion on removal techniques. essentially cut off wheel to remove head and then a punch to hammer it out. a drill out where the head was. it helps if rivet doesn't want to go. air chisel, be careful the frame is pretty soft stuff.

FYI folks, @tblizzard is selling off brand new parts you might want:
    -Archive cross tube for Hh
    -Archive 4.5" shackles
-Archive U571 Dual Sport leaf springs (local pickup only, ~4.5" lift at stock weight, intended for lots of bump travel for speed, and nice ride at stock weight but fine with same load as Deaver U402 stage 1 expo)
-King 2.5x12 bypasses for Archive shock relocation

Looking for shock dimensions to get the most out of Hammer Hangers. Running SOA, 3.6" fab'd shackles, and icon rxt springs. No shock relocation at the moment. Looking at the fox 2.5" tundra swapped from Accutune currently

Those Tundra shocks are 9.4" travel and limit droop significantly 2-2.5". I think extended length is about 25". The shock relocation is really best way if you want the droop travel, and I recommend 2.5x12, Fox shocks with short lower rod end is ~20.5"/32.5". (King similar)

So essentially I won't get the full benefits without the relocation? I didn't get the collapsed/extended lengths from accutune yet. Wanted to get everything installed and pull measurements. But, that's good to know they are only 25" extended

Correct, because that shock will limit droop

    @ARCHIVE

Hey Archive. Ive been lurking and doing research... Lots of positive reviews on your hangers. Well done!

I’m running ADS extended rears and Dakar medium pack, but want to switch my leaf pack out (because it’s shite) and possibly get the hangers as well. Would you go with Icon RXT or Deaver with those shocks? They are 26” fully extended with 10.2” of rod exposed
