CVT Mt Shasta Extended RTT

Selling my used CVT MT Shasta Extended Pioneer tent. Bought used from another member and since have installed the telescoping ladder, new cinch straps and upgraded to the Summit cover for more space. Comes with the annex, spare rain fly and spare original Pioneer cover and 2" memory foam mattress topper. Tent has two boot bags as well as anti condensation mat. No stains nor tears in any of the canvas nor the screen. Tent is off the vehicle now, ready for pick up. Will meet up if feasible and help mount.
