I just installed my ebay TRD Pro grill and raptor lights. Not bad quality. The grill needed some plastic removed after it was molded, and the harness on the lights wasn't really made to fit. I am definitely happy for $135 ish dollars all in after a 10% off coupon.

    Here it is :

3/4 view. I also recently dipped my wheels and emblems.

Here is the harness, i grounded it by the battery and used a fuse tap for power so it is on with the headlights. The wiring wasn't anything special, but I can post some pics if anyone is interested. I cut a small hole in the wire casing so I could pull out the ground, then I ran the power up through the fuse box and made sure to orientate the fuse tap so the load side was on the right side of the fuse tap so the fuse will work right. The harness came with waterproof connectors for the ligts, but they are all the same length. I just kind of zip tied them together. not super neatm but you can only see it if you go looking for it. Eventually, i would like to mod the harness to fit better... but who knows when that will happen

Here is my question... this grill and light combo didn't come with any instructions. I moved the weather stripping over from the old grill to the new one. It just snapped in with the clips on the strip. What about this foam on the old grill? Do I need to get a new one from the dealership or is it fine without? Is it only there to keep the plastic grill from rattling in the grill surround?

I love the look of your wheels and emblems. I think it would look good on my 2014 Barcelona red sport. I don’t know what the dipping process is? What type of vendors do this?
