I just bought a basket off of Facebook marketplace and now I need the bars. The basket is a rhino rack, wondering if anyone has a link to bars that aren’t to expensive and fit our truck. I have a 2002 double cab. Thanks for the help!

Do you mind drilling into your roof? Because that seems to be the only options we have with extended cabs. The 4 door trucks can use standard gutter/door jam mounts but we don't have that luxury. Prinsu makes a good rack but it is expensive and screws into the roof. I am working on a DIY rack if you want to check my build, I should have all the parts soon. It will require drilling, though.

If you get the premanent rails, then yes. Drilling is required. As for the slight curve we have (Extracab owner as well), not sure on which to get. I haven't taken the time to measure the curve/radius of the roof.

I am thinking of getting the permanent rails and slapping a basket right on top of the rails. Not on any cross bars. I think they stick up too high.
