I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
This has been a pet project of mine ever since making my first Expo Trailer in 2014. I wanted to design/manufacturer a trailer that you could build or change over time, without the need to take it to a shop to have done or cut and weld on it.
Hundreds of hours in CAD The completely modular design of the all new X-100 trailer chassis. Allows for these trailers too be changed or modified with simple nuts and bolts. The trailer can be ordered as a base model and upgraded over time. They will be offered as a bolt together kit you can build in your garage or fully a built out unit ready to roll. You could also order a chassis alone and build your own box. The best part about it they can be pallet ship-able as a DIY bolt together kit.

    Trailer specs
    Dimensions:

Chassis tongue to tail 135.5", Width fender/fender 76.5"

    Box dimensions:

    L75"xW48.5"xH33.5" 70.49cft

    Weight:
    Starting under 1000lbs

    Construction:
    Chassis,
is one single sheet of 11 gauge A36 HRPO Laser cut and formed. Gusseted with .250" A36 HRPO X braces with relief holes for weight reduction. Fenders are 11 gauge A36 HRPO.
Box, is constructed from 6 laser cut and formed .125" thick 5052 marine grade aluminum panels that bolt together for easy assembly and modifications. The doors are .125" 5052 as well with Steel corner gussets and hinges and slide on oil embedded thrust washers. Locking Southco latches are standard on all doors.

    Suspension:

Timbren axle-less suspension is standard with 2000lb spindles or the option of 3500lb spindles for the heavy builds.

    NOTE:

The DIY kit is a full complete finished kit without wheels and tires. All parts are included and are completely finished and powder coated with the extreamly durable and field repairable Poly armor thermoplastic powder coating. No welding or painting is needed to assemble the trailer.

I’ve seen this trailer. It’s a thing of beauty. It’s modular design is forward thinking. Can’t wait to have one parked in my garage.

If this is wide enough for a full sheet between the wheel wells and accept some Timbren axles (looking like it) then I'm fucking sold. I've been looking for a base where I can swap a box and a platform as needed and this is looking good.

We don't have to put dimensions for registering here. What dimensions are needed for HI i can measure.
