    so I sort of get what you're saying, but also not really....Staying in a hotel gives you many other amenities which you do not have in or on your truck for the same price.
    ex: running water (warm especially), coffee maker, microwave, fridge, bathroom as a whole lol etc. you get the idea.

    Toytech spacer, ARB bumper, Super winch 9000,
    personal preference for sure, all opinions valid, for m wife and I the RTT has been a great choice. set up and break camp any where in 20 minutes. When we are travel camping ( moving locations every day) I put on the truck and we go. 7 different places In 9 days.

    When we decide to go set up base camp and day trip fishing and wheeling I put on the trailer I built. 1 camp site for 12 days.

    I guess it is whatever you like to do. Like I said, for us it has been an excellent choice.
