Made a bit more progress on the On Board Air today.

Made a bracket to mount it in one of my side boxes.

Plumbed all of the air (Disconnect and pressure switch)

Tomorrow to wire it up and it should be good to go.

Also, saturated the rain fly for our ground tent with silicone spray.

Finished the on board air set up. Pretty happy with how it turned out, and how little space it takes up in my box. Viair pressure switch was definitely the way to go. Works like a champ.

Also... did a little painting this weekend.

Took care of a few other things while I was in there. Re-connected my under hood light and ditch lights (had to disconnect them when I removed the hood doing the louvers). And went through my tools and recovery gear reorganized and culled out some of the duplicate tools.

Nothing much new going on with my truck.

Did some work on Jen's truck this weekend. Full oil change, air filter, cleaned MAF sensor... and also added a steering stabilizer. 35 inch tires were giving her a big dose of bump steer. The stabilizer seems to have fixed it.

Also ordered inner and outer tie rods for her truck. The inners got here, but still waiting on the outers. Will probably order upper and lower ball joints this evening, so I can just do it all at once.

Debating on ordering Idler, Pitman arms and the Idler bracket... Will probably wait on that till after I see how it turns out with the ball joints and tie rods.

Did you go OEM on the tie rods? I couldn't stomach the $ of the OEM inners so I picked up the 555s from LROR, put them on a couple months ago and still going strong. I got OEM outers though.

I would definitely recommend replacing the steering rack boots while you have it apart, just for good measure...since it all has to come apart to replace them anyway. I didn't pick up new ones and unfortunately found small holes in both mine, so I had to silicone patch the holes. Hopefully it holds up

The tie rods are for her Silverado. I went Moog, because Moog is every bit as good as the Chinese shit Chevy puts on their trucks at the factory... lol

Added another double USB charging port to the dash. To eliminate some of the wires hanging all over the place.

That makes 6 (individual) USB charging ports in my dash now

Picked up the freshly charged coilovers, with coils re-mounted, on the way home from work today.

Changing them out was going to be so simple, I decided not to wait lol

    Brand new used ones!

Think I found the sweet spot on adjusting ride height. I was able to lift the front back up to the level it was at, before I added the weight of the bumper, winch, skids etc. Sitting at 10 threads passenger/ 11 threads driver.

I wanted a bit of a rake as well, so I threw on the adjustable shackles I got for @Blue92 over a year ago (lol). I thought the lowest setting on them was stock, so I went for the middle of three settings. Was looking for between .5 and 1 inch of lift.

Apperantly the lowest setting is .75 lift and the second hole is 1.5, so I dropped it back downd to the top hole for the .75... I like it.
