I think the price of the LC is partly just for the name and reputation. If you are cool with paying extra for that then I say go for it. There may be vehicles that offer more but they aren't a Land Cruiser so why bother with them? :spending::bananadead:

Lol, it's ok. I wouldn't have made it any further north today and all day was spent at manzanar. We got there around 11 and left at 4.

That makes for a long day.
    Manzanar is very sobering.

Just seen this thread. Yesterday at work I seen this. 20191013_151453.jpg
I don't like black vehicles, and bronze wheels are way overused, but this is sexy. The price tag made my butt swallow my wallet. $89k

I'm bracing the wife that this will be our next SUV in two years and then we're done buying vehicles for 10+ years. I mean, it has a f'ing cooler in the center console for christ sakes.

I really hope they come around to putting car play in them before they stop production, that would definitely help future-proof it.

90k, it better come with more than a basket. Better come with a happy ending.

Land Cruiser will definitely be my next purchase...I'm just waiting to see what they do with the next generation. As Toyota is positively glacial in updating their vehicles, I figure a the 2022 Land Cruiser will look just like the 2034 Land Cruiser.

If the new gen looks terrible or has some wacky hybrid system, I'll just buy the most recent 200 series. I like the subtle tweaks on the Heritage edition, but I wish they'd kept the cool box. Oh, and I'd probably scrap the rooftop shopping cart.
