I put them in high and low. Low beam output is slightly worse than OEM, but much better than what came in those housing. The cutoff is superb and the color is nice (it’s very white, not blue). The high beams are a different story. I toggled those high beams and they’ll melt your face. Very far throw and light up the whole night like an LED light bar. The high beam lenses must work better with LEDs than the low beam lenses.

Yep just plug and play. It’s the only LED with a fan I could find that fit. Just tuck the wires all around and you’ll have no problems sealing the original cap back up. They’re polarity-specific so if they don’t work right away flip the plug.

When I click the link and enter my vehicle info, it tells me that they won't fit my 2019 SR and suggests two other options in the mid$500 range. Did you encounter this as well? I notice under the description for the ones you went with, it claims to fit a 2018 SR. Could it just be them not updating the compatabiilty info on their end?

Correct they haven’t updated it. They fit 2019 as that’s what I drive.

    My internal debate:

1). Level the front end to eliminate rake, install 4.88 front and rear, lockers.

2). All out - full Dakar leaf pack, 2.5” upfront, 5.29 front and rear, lockers, 315s.

Currently on 285s, CMC, fender liners massaged in, only slight rub in reverse.

Here's my SR with a few mods that I've done so far. The rims are based on the 2020 trd pro thanks to Johnny77, the grill is from x-trek and the white "toyota" emblem is from the '85-'87 landcruiser, which I bought on Amazon. Next up I plan to install body color fender flares and led headlights with black housings (suggestions are appreciated).

Looking good! Any issues with TSS and that grill?

Yes when I installed it but then took a level to it and made a slight adjustment. With the exception of the light briefly coming on and then turning off on it's own, it has been working fine. That was just one isolated incident about a month ago.

All you need now is the oldB97BBB16-2331-443E-AFBA-5C8CA16D8293.jpg emblem on the tailgate! :muscleflexing:

There's a TSB that takes care of the false positives(what you're describing).

    No fender flares > flares.

I wish if didn’t have either flares or that little indent. If it was one continuous line it’d be perfect imo.

If it had the current 4runner buldges it would be so badass.

I've been trying to convince myself of this, not only to save money but for the simplicity of it. But I just can't get over how good the body color flares make the truck look (in my opinion). Not to mention that my new tires stick out about an inch, so there would be some functionality to them as well.

Instead of that little indentation along the wheel well I’d rather it just be a bulge like fiberglass fenders and bedsides.
