Don't like weighted pull ups but definitely like weighted dips but not crazy heavy. Attach to waist if trying to hit the tris and put chains around neck to pull you forward to hit pecs. Especially if you don't have a gym partner that day.

I have a 6 meal bag that I keep with me always. When traveling I take 9 meals with me that gives me long enough to get there then and hit the grocery and meal prep at the new location.

I’d eventually like to invest in one of those meal bags.

I have a microwave and fridge. If I can get food there it would be great. I wanna pocket 100% of my per diem so not sure if super committed or cheap AF.

I plan on taking nuts, seeds, and tuna packets.
I get free breakfast and lunch. Not hard to load up on food those times. I was wanting to workout (they have a gym) in the PM and just fast at night.

It would be nice to drive and just bring all my own stuff. But I have to fly.

I never realized how effective foam rolling was.... I use to have really bad back pains while running/ squatting. Read an article recently that mentioned how having tight hamstrings forces the lower back to compensate during lower body movements. I've been pain free running and squatting for the past 2 weeks, getting my motivation back again.

Foam rolling is a life saver. I just ordered me a new 36 in ultra dense one so I can do my back.

Tight hamstrings are almost always the root of all pain. Ask me how I know

Yea at least a 4 meal bag is a must. A good one will keep your food right for at least 16-18 hours.

I use a rtic soft cooler for my lunch at work. Can fit a bunch of those stereotypical black meal prep containers in it.

Yup I’ll load it up at 3am and the ice pack is still frozen around dinner at 6pm.

    Sweet. I’d love that.
I need food to last 6a-8p many days.
Also that thing looks great for toting growlers long distances which would be handy not using a big ass cooler for.

I love Rtic. I have the soft cooler 20 and the day cooler 15. I use the bigger one for day trips, like to the beach, and for tailgating on Saturday's for college football. It keeps ice for longer than 24hours. The 15 is smaller and more of a “lunch” size but it would easily fit 3 food prep containers and drinks. It’s also only like $3 more for the next size up :notsure:
