So my damn horn doesn't work, and it seems like the dude that owned this before me tried to fix it, but it didn't work for him. The connections are getting a constant 12v. I've done the 22lr spent casing "fix" but it doesn't work. I'm thinking that it's the relay, but I can't find it. Anyone have any ideas? I'm really bad at wiring.

Early model Toyota trucks do not have a horn relay. Your horn should have a green/red wire and a green/white wire connected to it. The green/red is 12volts. Connecting the green/white to ground should make the horn sound if it is good. If it doesn't, it needs to be replaced. If it works, then either the horn switch in the steering wheel is bad, or you have an open circuit from the switch to the horn. Easy fix.
