Do I need hub rings or caps for these wheels?

    not sure if I understand what your asking. You want to go from whatever your current wheel hub bore size is to your toyota hub bore size which is 106.1 I believe.

    I'm wondering if I need these for my pro comp 8069s... I've always had issues with them sort of being vibrate-y ever since I've gotten them. If I stay the same speed the vibes go away but if I slow down/ speed up a small vibe comes back. Even if I install the wheel properly.

    I guess wouldn't hurt to try, even a fraction of a mm off at the rotation tires spin will cause vibes

    6" coilover lift
    All procomp wheels are lug centric and require a splined lug nut with a 60 degree conical seat taper. Not to mention you cannot run hub centric rings on Procomp steel wheels. Try using the correct lug nuts first, then see if you still experience vibration.
