06 drum brake adjuster arm location

    Should he auto adjuster arm be in front or behind with brake shoe? I have seen pics of it being both ways and even he factory service manual shows it both ways. My setup had it in front but it seems to miss the wheel when it trys to adjust.

    Thats the clearest picture of what i was looking for. And the arm is on the outside. Now i meed to figure out why my arm fails to make contact when its trying to auto adjust.
