Looking for a local powder coater for my new rear HC bumper and my front bumper needs to be redone. Any good recommendations? I don't mind driving within about an hour from Leavenworth/KC area.

    Thanks.

The guys that do my stuff are down in Lebanon, MO. Might be a trek for you. They mainly do industrial stuff, but able to fit odds and ends in for me. What they consider small money I guess.

Kansas City area is larger than my area so most likely there is a shop closer

I will be in north KC on Tuesday if you need the TW express on i29 to drop them off
... kinda short notice I know but i may be passing through again most likely in October

Thanks, I appreciate it! I might take you up on that for Oct. I don’t have the rear bumper yet, it’s in transit. If I can’t find anything closer those guys would be a good excuse to go up to Lincoln for a football game when they are done.

There’s places but I was hoping for recommendations or someplace people have experience with. I’ve heard some horror stories (not necessarily from this area) and hoping to avoid that.

none of the stuff I had done from trailperformance.com have seen their first winter yet so i cannot comment there
i would really like to get my rear axle housing sandblasted and powder coated harley davidson black there but they need it disassembled, all gears out, etc.
drive shafts wants are iffy since I may be needing new ones from aging and a vibration and the reports are some of the joints, etc. are not available or not able to be rebuilt
i am still confused about the old geezer...

You can try the Hub Cap & Wheel Store
    2810 S 44th St, Kansas City, KS 66106
    Phone: (913) 432-0002
I had my wheels powder coated there last year and they did a great job. They are generally busy whenever I have been there, another indicator of satisfied customers.
