Safety sticker on sun-visor residue removal?

New 2020 and I peeled the sticker off the passenger side sun shade and I don’t know how to remove the left over residue. (Picture attached)

Side note. How do I remove the warning sticker off the other side of the sun shade where the flip up is for the mirror? Seems like it’s printed on.
