We do have a group buy currently running on the BCToyota4wd page. If you're not a member I can fill you in on the deets. We do plan on offering steel versions, but it won't be until sometime in 2020.

Will the 2016 transmission skid plate work with the Pro front skidplate?

What's shipping cost to Hamilton Ontario, approx?

    Thanks :)

I believe the Transmission Skid will require some modifications to fit with the TRD Pro Skid. The TRD Skid has raised pockets for the rear mounting points, and would not sit flat against our Transmission Skid-leaving a gap of approximately 3/8". It could most likely be modified to work, possibly by notching the Transmission Skid around the TRD Pro Skid mounts. I have not attempted this yet though.

I can provide a shipping estimate, just need a postal code.

I was unable to find a fuel tank skid for my 3rd gen DCSB on your site. If you ever have one for sale, please let me know because I'll order it the same day. Very happy to support anyone who is designing and manufacturing this type of thing in Canada, I'd like to see way more of it.

Also, I don't think a product similar to the Diamondback tonneau covers is beyond your abilities. Just sheets of aluminum that are cut and bent on a brake, and welded. I don't need their complicated latching system, something similar to the Extang spring loaded latches that use brackets on the stock rail is good enough for the girls I go out with. If you can figure out how to manufacture them economically and sell them for a similar price, I'll buy the first one from you.

We've got the Tacoma and 4Runner gas tank skids on our build list, should be starting on these products soon! Unfortunately we don't have plans to manufacture tonneau covers yet, but we may look into rack systems in the future.

I think you underestimate the underserved Canadian market. Everyone I know wants a tailgate liner replacement but they're like $400. Everything is so readily available to the Americans but we get nothing. They go apeshit over made in the USA but it doesn't necessarily matter to me. Made in Canada is rare and different

Your skids are well priced but I don't necessarily want aluminum

Needs to have little doors that open up into the tailgate cavity, using Dsuz (sp?) quarter turn fasteners. Little cubbies underneath for storing tie down straps and snacks.

    Make it happen!

Our main goal is to provide quality Canadian products at competitive pricing! The lack of options available to Canadians directly was the main reason we started. Always open to suggestions and customer feedback

Do you have any more pictures, including close-up of your skids installed?

Specifically, I'd like to see the LCA skids on a third gen Taco. Your site says that trimming of the TRD pro skid may be required. I have another brand of a skid, and I want to know if they would fit together.

I've had this idea in my head for a while now. I'm hoping to use a flush mount stainless boat latch vs the dzus style clips though. For quicker access.
