Ontario dealer recommendation

hey folks, Sometime in early or mid next year I’ll be buying new Tacoma. I know the model and everything I want but the issue is I hate new car buying. I don’t like all the haggling and high pressure sale tactics some dealers use.
Can anyone recommend a dealer or salesperson who makes the buying process fair and easy.

Where are located? I've heard good things about 1000islands toyota in brockville, I bought from Kingston and everything other than the sales department has been a complete goat rodeo.

 

I’m in Vaughan but I’m not opposed to driving anywhere.

 

I bought my truck from Jen monroe at kingston toyota. I haggled a bit but basically I knew how low I could go from unhaggle.com, so I basically said this is what I'm thinking and they made it happen. That being said on unhaggle you can pay 100$ and they submit what u want exactly to the 10 closest dealers so they compete for your buisness. Could be a useful tactic esp from Vaughn.

 

Heffner Toyota seems to be the go to for a lot on here.

I bought my truck from Heffner in Kitchener. They're good.

 

Georgetown Toyota has a pile of Tacomas in stock on the lot and they offered me the best price on my ‘05 Tacoma trade in.

 

Try Unhaggle or one of those sites. I found it to be helpful and they recommend a dealer in there programs

 

I previously bought a truck from 1000Island in Brockville and I still use them for parts, mostly because it is convenient for me. They are great to deal with.

This time I went with Tony Graham Toyota in Ottawa for my 2020 purchase.
The general manager is a personal friend so it was the obvious choice for me and I was not disappointed. The sales person's name is Brandon Smith and I was pleasantly surprised. Great to deal with, honest and friendly. I can highly recommend them.

 

I used http://www.APA.ca (Automobile Protection Agency) Similar to unhaggle.

$1000 over invoice, which was about $2500 under MSRP.

Could have probably gone lower if I haggled myself, but it's a pre-negotiated rate, you just walk in, put down your deposit down and pick up your truck a couple of days later. Zero dirty sales tactics, zero upsell on rust-protection, etc.

The other local dealer would hardly give me the time of day, and their "expert" on Tacoma's didn't seem to be that knowledgeable.

 

Agree with North London...I just got my daughter into a 2015 corolla last year with them.

Having said that we service at Exeter Toyota and if you check out their awards they are a top dealer in Canada
