You could try section 2 or 3 of the WABDR (Washington Backcountry Discovery Route). You can drive over to Leavenworth and go on either one there. I have lived up here from the last 6 years almost, but not really super familiar with any trails for off-roading. I know there is areas down in Mt Rainer National Forest area to do that as well. I need to get out more and do stuff.

Is it a tough trail? I don't have any off-road mods (lift or off-road bumpers for example)

Most of the videos I have seen show it is mostly forest roads. I do know some sections have wash outs and some more technical terrain. Look on YouTube and watch some of the drives. We did part of section three (Leavensworth to Ellensburg) in late May and ended up sliding to the side of the road into some mud. It was not a pleasant experience.

WABDR you can do in a stock truck or SUV in the summer. Like others have said, there are only a few spots that are somewhat technical and you may or may not need a spotter depending on your driving skills.

Yeah they aren't great, but they did the job. Was at 15 psi. When I get around to doing wheels, I will certainly be upgrading. :)
