I have a small business and trying to keep customers happy, (our goal), can get very stressful, so when a customer who
“Has the right to complain” doesn’t, then adds “don’t worry take your time, crap happens, get to me when you can” then chills and does wait. That is very appreciated, and frankly doesn’t happen enough imho.
I had a customer who waited 2 months for me to come through. I will never forget the grace he showed me.

Wow - that was fast. Good work. I sent payment Monday and the shipping company dropped a pallet off at my house today. I was working outside not expecting anything and an 18 wheeler shows up. Bonus points as the ARB bumper was light enough for me to pick up and put in the bed of my truck to take to the installer tomorrow (he is currently putting a flatbed on it).

Shipping company was massively confused - somehow contact numbers got shredded and I was not warned that the delivery was out. They have delivered to me before, so they rolled the dice and I was home. Last time they rolled the dice they lost - their drop gate failed and they were stuck at my house for almost 6hrs. So they kind of remember me...

talked to one of the local reps here for ads' didnt get info on status of ads head division of shocks but he said they are back in full swing of things

I got my rears real quick. Patiently waiting for the fronts. . .

 

I got my fronts and patiently waiting for my rears. I'm excited.

 

Interesting I got my rears real quick and no fronts. Local aswell. Ads said they were hoping to be done with our group buy order by jan 13th

 

You never know until you know, and I don't know. My guess is as good as yours.

 

I got my rears in on Thursday...still waiting on the fronts. I assumed they would ship together.

Makes me nervous having expensive parts floating around in the abyss.

 

It appears to be very random. I ordered after you but I've already received both the front & the rear. I received the front on Dec. 22nd and the rear showed up in November about 4 days after I placed my order. I'm guessing they first ship out whatever they can build the easiest/fastest or maybe they do runs of a particular build when they get to a certain number of orders for that particular part.

 

Hoping around mid January I have my set up on the truck. Went billet ICON UCA, durobumps, icon rxt and ADS 2.5 with resis and clickers. Pretty pumped

 

Ditto on around Mid January, also pumped on the ADS 2.5's with Clickers and Resis.

Has there been any news on the ADS Crew? hoping all are well and on the mend.
