wtf guys. The cut looks like it goes all the way through. Im at the DRs rn, but Ill take better pics as soon as I can. In some angles you can see the straight shiny metal from where its all broken through. Could the marlin crawler reinforcement tabs help fix this?

Im also hearing a pop when I go over bumps.796F06CF-BCE1-4F0B-9FED-99ED36257F59.jpgC9A59C52-9870-4538-B3C0-E80E35913DAF.jpg

Get new arms, I wouldnt add a plate to make it stronger. Maybe add a plate to new arms, but not broken ones.

That is not an alignment tab. That is your coilover mount and more importantly your A arm.

No matter what, I would toss your pics to the dealer and post up at nthsa.gov in case there is some LCA batch issue that needs a recall.

IDK, I dont do much offroading so Im not sure whats out there. I would just get OEM arms as they seem to work fine for 90% of people here.

It is the place where recalls come from. If critical complaints like yours are logged, they will study the problem and determine if the manufacturer has a problem on their hands, esp if it risks safety like yours. A arms should never split like that under normal conditions.

It's not an alignment tab like @tonered said. I wouldn't add plates to anything till your warranty runs out.

Go to the dealer and get OEM LCAs replaced under warranty

Isnt that the shock/strut mount? If so it has been fully compressed and was fully compressed hard. Paint taken off bottom of strut ring and strut pushed so far right that it chipped the paint on top of the yellow ring and pushed out on the shoulder in question. Stop jumping things. lol. Any dealer will tell you its from abuse and most likely deny warranty.

That doesn't look like a typical stress/fatigue crack to me. Better pics would definitely help.

No spacers, just the dobinsons struts, coils, and UCAs
