Had some leftover burger buns, so I did:

Beer brats with grilled onions, Bubbies kraut and spicy mustard

    &

Jalapeño cheddar sausage with grilled onions and CaJohn’s Screaming Irish BBQ

Sausage on the left, brat on the right - crispy to perfection :hungry:

Small chuck roast in the IP with 2 cups of better than bullion beef flavor. SPG with Perfect Pinch roasted garlic and red bell peppers. Cooked 30 minutes, natural release for 25. Shredded the beef, then on a hoagie bun and a bowl of ajuice! Good eating, French dip style.
Wife slathered a bun with horsie sauce and provolone aka Arbys slider. She liked something I cooked!!!
No pics coz it looks like shredded beef on a bun, and I was a Starvin' Marvin.

I'll have to check it out. I didn't realize he had finally started his new version of Good Eats after he had redone some of the past ones. Now I need to find them online so I can check them out.

Ya I saw her in the remake episodes. Those were pretty cool. Made me want the new ones even more. Realized the other day they are on now. I really like him, I like the humor and science angle he takes.

I was craving a tuna melt. With cheddar, yellow tomato, and some avocado.

Celiac friendly! We had to purge our kitchen a few months ago and donate our cookware, most of our spices, and any traces of food with gluten. It’s turning out to be not so bad. Spiced buffalo Gouda burger with garlic toast (bread was store bought - Ancient Grain), honey Dijon herb mustard, and crusted sweet potato fries. Ketchup is Primal Kitchen.

Cast iron seasoning, Teflon, and silicone are porous, catching microscopic bits of gluten. I reseasoned all of my cast iron, but the rest had to go.
