    I also ordered from 12v for the Black Friday 30% off. Arrived yesterday and installed this morning in under 1 hour. Very simple install and works great. I did not order the cell phone module however-just the basic kit. I am sure they will make it right with you. They are a reputable company and had a surge in sales because of their sale. I got an email saying they were a bit behind in shipping due to this but mine arrived on time.
