they also have rattle cans but i didn't get that package, i may order those and see how those work since I am almost out of the gallon I used, probably have a quart left

it says the recommended reapplication is every 18 months, but i am going to monitor it this winter

still have 4 cans of FF
i am hesitant to fully coat my truck yet since I still have a ton of frame mod work to do

FF scores a point on cost

$37 to $42 range per gallon + tax

trying to get the undercoating finished up while the temps are still near the 40s
able to get the behind, under and some inside the rocker panels from the bottom drain holes, inside passenger door and door jams and half under the cab with CF 3000 before it got just too damned cold out and knuckles started aching
i may have forgotten to spray at the bottom of the door, remind me to do that

warmed up inside a bit and finished the front passenger wheel well with FF, and re-coated front suspension for good measure,

    IMG_9938.jpg

thank goodness i have never had the luxury of a heated garage

    JuanitoBunito!
i am curious if you apply FF to the outside of your trucks body panels on the outside paint, like in the rear behind the mudflaps? or anywhere else

No I haven’t but I was actually thinking of that myself. Mainly because someone (I think you) mentioned about door jams which means the painted part, at least to me......Actually now that I think about it, I did do the bottom of the rocker panel. From the front of the front door to the rear of the dbl cab rear door. The bottom though

Pending on where exactly it’s at, grind it off to the bare metal. Then hit it with spray can primer 2-3 coats, then a color that matches.

i don't recall hearing anything about that town but it is right on the river here
its on higher ground i think than the Iowa side of the river, which was definitely under water near Hamburg
or maybe they had bigger levees
or maybe it is no longer there, i should roadtrip 50 miles and check it out
