Aux back up lights, Bed lights, Re-located trailer plug, Good dooby, a.k.a. jumper cable mod, Heated seats, back up camera,
Do it! You can get a decent head unit reasonably inexpensive, depending on how many bells and whistles you want.
Crutchfield.com is a great source. Mounting kits, wiring adapters.... They'll set you up.

I 3rd or maybe 4th the recommendation to purchase through Crutchfield.

About 3-4 years ago, I put in an Alpine CDE-W235BT double din headunit and Alpine SPS-610C speakers in the front and rear doors. Crutchfield had the adapter to make my steering wheel controls work, and the radio surround to make it look pretty much factory.

I now have wireless calling and bluetooth. I mounted the microphone in the overhead console, which works great.

I did the double din, because it looks better than a single in the dash, but if I had it to do over, I probably would have gone single and put in a CB, or some switches below it. It's kind of a waste of space, since you can get the same functionality with a smaller radio.

Put the cb down below and use the space for an Alpine ERE G180 passive eq with BBE and sub control slider...

The sony was good but theres a kenwood hu in there now.
Nice to have dual usb's and bluetooth.

And yes, crutchfield and local stereo shops rock!
