I had the basic ones from Amazon in my last truck. They rusted and would get stuck in whatever position they were left in. Maybe I should've oiled them periodically but still...

I'd like to install some on my 2020 but want something of quality.
    Maybe rubber-coated?
    Definitely something that won't rust?

I want these for the bed bolts...not the rails.

These are what I got, but not at that price:

Here's what they look like installed:

That second link is where I got mine, but they don't seem to have any at the moment. It was something like $20 for six, delivered.

Yeah, $38 each is definitely pricey! Are they different than just the regular ones on Amazon? I can get cheap ones for about $2 each. But that's not what I want.

Yes, they are very different. The Humvee ones are beefy and were only about $3 or so at the time that I got them. I would search around for those.

Also in some of the D ring threads, there is a mention of some D rings from Dodge / Ram with part numbers. They appear to be as good as the Humvee ones and inexpensive also.

I am a big Amazon fan, but they didn't have a good selection of these when I looked.

McMaster Carr sells what they call tie-down rings, you may want to check them out.
