I want rake on my truck too. Hauling a cord of firewood really helps my truck squat!

The shocks would definitely be the limiting factor in down travel. There is really no shocks that can get full advantage of a leaf packs down travel in the stock location, that’s why people run relocates.

with that being said, it probably won’t be harsh enough at full extension to damage the shocks. Just about every “lift kit” you buy has the shocks as the limiting factor in down travel to avoid straining the brake lines.

I’ll probably go with the 110s as well since they are $200 shipped too.

But suspension won’t come until it’s time for new tires. Another 10k miles and it will be time for tires. I’ll build my lift piece by piece.

saw that in the Amazon gems thread. It’s actually one of the better sets I have seen as far as having the correct sockets for our trucks. Throw in a deep wall 21mm and 22mm and you will be set.

so my brother is taking care of a lot of ground work for me, using his skid steer, framing for concrete and such like that.

He hasn't asked me for anything for his time, what should I get him for Christmas. Be realistic, i need ideas, and a new truck doesn't qualify.
