    Top Notch, but not cheap

I had two days worth of driveline work done to my 2019 Tacoma. 4.88 gears, air lockers, compressor, ADM, RWD low mod. Truck runs like a dream (I have an OVT tune already).

Showroom is somewhat drool worthy. Worth the trip, nice to touch and compare vs. just buying online. Jon Snow in sales was very helpful.

Installation shop on the other side of town is knowledgeable, professional and prompt.

Prices are not the cheapest, but they are not cheap. But they are not crazy high, either.

Solid shop for sure. I had my SPC UCAs aligned multiple times at Toyota of Bellevue, who does a lot of aftermarket gear and has been good in the past but they could not get it dialed in right. Mule nailed it. I did make the mistake of going to the showroom rather than the shop though, didn’t realize they had two separate locations in close proximity to each other.

That's kinda funny - in a weird way. For some reason googlyass maps couldn't seem to get me to their showroom, just some storage outfit more or less behind them. But the install shop was super easy to find. The showroom is truly on that frontage road.

Jon is on here. Very nice guy and good to work with.

And +1 on the drool worthy showroom. Love going in there.

I bought a few things, during their open house. A wool blanket and TC bed stiffeners.

The showroom is great and their prices are in line with online prices.

I've been meaning to get back there to check things out.

    Lift, tires, stuff
I had them install my lift and UCA's. They were patient and made the recommendation that made the most sense for me, rather than upselling me something I didn't need. I was debating between the heavy duty OME/Dakar lift and the BP-51. They could've made up a reason to talk me into the more expensive option, but instead, they listened to me, asked questions, and treated me like a customer, not a way to just make money. They were professional and will be my go to shop for as long as I live in the area.

I bought my CBI aluminum bumper from them. Actually was cheaper than buying online and having it shipped, plus no lead time.

I like that we have them as a local outfitter with everything you might be looking to buy online. They have all of the good brand name equipment and their prices are on par with what's online.

I live in a downtown apartment building without a garage. Therefore, Mule has installed my armor, lights, and other odds and ends. They are very helpful and provide great service. After a few visits over the past few years, I even get recognized when I walk in the showroom. Highly recommend them.

Good to know. Gearing and locker prices were very competitive. Not "cheaper" as in inferior.

Thank you everyone for the kind words! We work hard to develop relationships with our customers, and a lot of times they become friends or what we call #mulefam ;)
Someday! Actually the sire should be back up in the next week or so? I hope...

So a strange thing brought me back - turns out the oil change guy stripped my front diff drain plug (easy to do really) during the warranty front dif fluid swap - but they should have known it. Anyway I found it last week and they fixed it right quick NO questions asked. They ran my Dimple drain plug it. Sweet and more importantly: THEY HAVE MOVED!!! They are on the Preston side of I-90, closer to my house actually. Check the website for address as they are transition and the install place has moved but not the showroom yet.

Just got my CMC done at Mule. Wasn't cheap, but might be the nicest CMC I've seen. I was also surprised to see that they folded my pinch weld.

Dropped it off at 11:30 on Friday and got a call at 3 that it was ready. Was $320 before tax and $360 out the door.
