Check out Larson Toyota of Tacoma, my really good child hood friend works there but not in service. But they do great service.

I don't have experience with the Titus Will Toyota dealership, but I can say their Chevrolet department is about as worthless as it gets

+1 on Michael's of Bellevue. Had really good experiences with the Toyota dealer in Renton although it's been about 10 years since I've last visited.

    Interior, mud flaps, tail gate,
-1 for Larson Toyota. They are pretty shady in their business practices. There have been a bunch of issues with warranties and misinformation from them. Just Google it. My dad bought his Tacoma there and regretted it. Said they could care less about him or the truck now that they already earned the commission.

I bought my first Tacoma from Toyota of Olympia. That dealership moved heaven and earth to take care of my truck and I. Even 3 years after I had purchased. They always paid special attention to services requests and they even gave me employee discounts for the hell of it. The service team there even let me watch them a couple times so I could learn how.

You ask 10 people you will get 10 different answers, non based on any factual evidence and all opinions.

I have had extremely terrible experience with Larson Toyota (and Dodge also) but I got my truck at Titus-Will Toyota and 3 of my previous Fords from Titus-Will Ford.. so take what you want.

Go to the dealerships yourself, check them out.. see how they interact with other customers. Visit their service department and see how they treat you and others. No matter what dealership you pick there will be users here bashing it and users here praising it.

    Source against Larson

    Source for Olympia

Had a decent experience with Michael's Bellevue. Plus they don't mind many regular modifications while you're under warranty since their parts department does aftermarket stuff (sells SCS wheels, shocks, etc).

If you are down in Olympia, Toyota of Olympia gets my vote.

bought my 2012 TRDOR from titus-will, no issues, no complaints. bought a 2016 TRDOR from seattle toyota, no issues, no complaints. bought both a 2010 rav4 and 2018 4runner for the wifey from renton toyota, no issues, no complaints.

i went to buy a 2020 PRO at michaels on a saturday late afternoon 3 days before end of month/year; first thing they did was start complaining about how they had not installed all the add-ons yet, and they don't want to sell it to me without all that crap. running boards, protective coating, all kinds of other marked up add-on bullshit i didn't want or need, they also told me the remote start would be an additional $400, and the toyota app enablement would be an additional $1200. which i later learned was complete bullshit, as both of those are stock and come enabled from factory on the pro. so after 4 different salesmen/sales mgrs and 3+ hours haggling they wouldn't come down to where i wanted to be, until i finally walked... they called and texted me over the next 12hrs to try to get me back, but still were saying we were a long way from a deal for what i offered, but i finally just told them i had a deal elsewhere.

the next morning i walked into toyota of puyallup with the same deal on the identical 2020 pro, without all the bullshit add-ons being offered. they barely blinked at it and i drove away in a new pro an hour later. it just all depends on who you get, how well the dealership is doing that day, week, month...

good/bad salesmen and sales managers move around so much in the industry that you can never really rely on any one dealership for any sort of consistency. i will say that of all the vehicles i have purchased, my toyota purchases have been the least painful.

Yeah Michael's Sales SUCKS balls. It's the sales managers who make that decision w/ the add-ons. I think they look at the area and demographics and believe they can just wait it out till some sucker comes in.

I JUST bought a 2017 Taco from Toyota of Puyallup and had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience. They were super chill, worked with me on the price and the price of the warranty, super upfront. I’ve heard horror stories about anything Larson related. If you’re looking for a specific dealer within the dealership ask for Jerry at Toyota of Puyallup. It was super easy working with him.
