Depends on if you want to maintain that new car shine, or if you just want to get the chunks off so it still functions.

Ideally you want to get all the snad/mud out. Just spray as much as you can, and whereever you can reach.

I just get under there with a hose and spray the chuncks off, no need for a pressure washer, imo, but a hose with a jet attachments works well.

Do the under side first, just so the ground isn’t so wet.

Of take it to a carwash that has the undercarriage jets.

If theres ever mud chunks I use a pressure washer. You just have to be careful about getting too close to anything that might get hurt. You'll

I'm all about that pressure washer life.

Make sure that you're careful with your front and rear diff breathers though.

I don't even use a pressure washer on my dirtbike.

Partly because I don't have one, but I also don't like having to "be careful" where I spray. Rubber bits, wiring, etc... Just seems too heavy handed to me.

If the chunks don't come off with the hose spray, it wasn't meant to come off, lol.

I just use the hose in jet mode and clean everything underneath to get all the chunks of mud off, but I don't pressure clean it. I also wash the truck just because I don't want to mud sitting on the paint for a long time. You may also want to look inside the engine bay and clean the engine while your at it.
