Is there any benefit for the cabin air other than just a reusable filter?

Less waste, unless you use them to start you're wood fires.
Paper filters can cost a lot. For example the Napa Gold version is $45.

The stock one let a lot of dust by for me. The K&N fits tightly and can be sealed with a bit of their filter sealant. I had some of that leftover from an old engine air filter.

Here's my thread on the issue:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/k-n-pollen-filter-compared-to-oem.565769/

I have cleaned it once since buying it and that is even easier than their engine air filters since you don't have to wait until it is completely dry to apply the fluid.

It depends what you call a sale.

I used some rewards points on Amazon which made it $22 delivered. You will have to buy a different Recharge Kit since it is different stuff than the engine air filters.

Don't even get me going on websites being down.

I've been checking the past couple (months and) days to see if the insurance broker properly canceled my health insurance since jumping on my wife's plan was now way cheaper. The website was down for maint for the past two days. Then today, I confirmed that it wasn't canceled. At least I have the email string back to the end of October confirming the changes needed and canceled the scheduled payment in the middle of December. FML!

Oh boy. You hit it on the head there. So much for life being easier. I'd say that it is at least twice as complex and half as enjoyable.

About the only fun things are firmware updates that include new features, otherwise I'd be happy to go back to 1997.

Well. There is that also, but I can still set the time on a fucking VCR! :D

I'm turning into a cranky old guy, but damn. Tech used to be fun and not that expensive. Now, it's expensive and only works for 2yrs.

Or a certain company's wireless headsets. Both my daughters love the sound out of my Sennheisers but had the white shit on their list.

My wife is convinced that the Garmin watch wouldn't work with an iPhone. :frusty:

At least no one as lost anything yet.

Due to an unforeseen issue we had to put a limit on things. The wife usually goes crazy on clothes which the girls just enjoy. o_O

One got the headphones and the other got the older series watch.

Regardless, looking at the credit cards is never a joy. It will hopefully be over soon. :annoyed:

I'm left with Amazon points. :woot::(
