I don't see those available on the website. I think those are a great idea. A guy could probably DIY some of those...

Hey guys....Love this thread but way too many pages. Can someone help me out please.

I need the name, size, or preferably a link to the little nuts that go into the channels of Prinsu rack so I can add eye bolts and stuff like that.

    Thank you.

You can limit your search to just this thread and it will show you all the instances of nut in the previous 522 pages

I created a thread but thought I'd post here too.

How are you guys grounding your lights on your Prinsu? Since it's aluminum. I'm trying to wire my Rigid Scene Lights on the sides and not having luck with a ground.

1/4 20 carriage bolts work best. I bought a bunch at Home Depot, in different lengths along with some flat & split washers, all Stainless Steel. Not cheap but that's all you need.

I've been told that if you also limit it to "titles" it helps to reduce the amount of BS posts.

Thanks...finally figured out how to do that, option would not pop up for some reason. Opened a new tab.

I know carriage bolts work, I have some of those but now I want to put a specific set of eye bolts into the rack so I need something to anchor them to.

Sigh......yes, yes they do. Power and ground running from the light. Just wondering what you all connect the ground to. I tired the mounting hardware bolt...no luck.

Then you need a drop in style T nut. If you don't want to removed one side of the cross bars. Watch the vid below.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nK-DsJxAdwM

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B00TG0QVWG/ref=dp_olp_0?ie=UTF8&condition=all

The Con to a T nut and Eye Bolt setup is you are limited to how far you can really tighten the eye bolt by the depth by the bottom of the cross bar channel. To solve this, add a nut, split washer and flat washer to the eye bolt first in that order, and run the nut up the bolt a little. Then once you have the eye bolt in the T nut and where you want it to be, use an open end wrench to tighten the bolt back down the eye bolt to apply pressure. This will keep your eye bolt in place without digging into the soft aluminum cross rails below the T nut. If you don't care about that, just tighten the eye bolts until they don't move.

These are not cheap but I would go with the carriage bolt setup and this, like what comes with the rack.

You need to ground to an unpainted surface. If you can fashion a lead, tap into the ground on the battery. Otherwise, find any spot that is not painted, that doesn't move and attach to that. You will need a terminal of some sort to attach to your wires.

Something like this is the most common type.

You should ground them to your 4x4 sPOD or SwitchPros. I stopped chassis grounding most components long ago.
