Little this. Little that 4x4 Swap’d PreRunner
There’s a few shops in the area that might be able to help if you ask.
Califab and StellarBuilt both do custom tube work and I’d assume they have the tools/benders.

Don't use a Harbor Freight hydraulic bender. Well, unless you want it bent and kinked and not nicely curved. Don't ask how I know :anonymous:

    How heavy of tube?

I head over to the local muffler shop when I need any tube bent. I just take a coat hanger wire template and ask them to match. My guys are magical with a bender.

Oh, and a 12 pack of beer left on the floor kinda helps too.

I tried all the tricks to get that piece of shit to work. It now lives in my scrap pile waiting for the next recycle run.

First step is knowing the difference between tube and pipe... yes it matters.

I didn't bother with sand, although that might have worked. I just changed up my design to not require bends. I would have needed to put together a good jig to get the bends right anyway and didn't want to waste a bunch of steel.

LOL, mine was recycled, think I got a few bucks for it since there was a lot of weight there -- no Craigslist takers.

Local muffler shop is a good idea.

Too bad roll benders weren't cheaper. I'd be willing to pay $50 bucks. :D

but tool dealers be wanting $2,500. :help:
