Just curious if there is anyone else who has a 2nd gen solid axle truck with leafs up front. I’ve seen one other one before, but most people 3 link them.
I’d love to see how other people did it.
See if I could have done things better or what not.

    here’s mine.

Any close up photos of what's going on up there? Looks like the leafs are flat and it isnt a sky scraper so that's good.

They sit pretty flat. I have about 3 inches til the bumps hit. They compress about 1.5-2inches. Rides pretty smooth.
I used slider boxes in the rear instead of a shackle. Keeps it a little lower.
Fenders are cut pretty high so it looks higher than it is up front.

I had one and it had Jeep YJ leafs in the front that sat flat. Worked fairly well till I flew off the road into a tree. Now building another one. Leafs were so much easier, but I'm doing a lot in the build I'm doing now...

Though I wouldn’t do it to my own, that turned out pretty nice.

You got a build thread I could check out? Only thing I’m struggling with is the drag link. When I cut and flipped my pitman arm I didn’t think it would be an issue, but it put my drag link up into my motor. Wish there was room to move the box forward more. But live and learn I guess.

I had one on TTORA, but all the pics on photobucket aren't working.
