    Pretty much stock right now

It's been a while since I did this, but IIRC it wasn't that bad. Go back and review some of the "how to" threads. There may even be a YouTube video on this.

Cool. All the other instructions were great here, I was able to disconnect it from the handle and everything. It’s just getting it out of that square mount. I did a general search of brake cable replacement in here but didn’t see much other than this thread. Will check YouTube. Thanks!

Pull this part out. It slides out toward you.

Got the cable out and changed; I have a parking brake again! Additional shoutout to A&D Autowerks if you're in the San Diego area, they helped me get a seized pin unstuck. Thanks for all the help, TW, you guys are awesome.

To get the pin out, think of the process you need to do as creating a mini mobile press or a reverse mini gear puller. I found two large bolts, bigger than the diameter of the top of the pin. Then I placed a c clamp on top of them. The part of the c clamp that screws went on the bottom of the pin going through the bell crank. A few turns and it popped past the rusted part and was easily taken the rest of the way out with a flat screw driver from the top. No need to take the bell crank off to do this.

After trying to fight the cable end back into the shaft through the groove for about an hour or so,this thread has informed me of the 2 things on top of the shaft to get that extra space to reinsert it.
I was able to take the old cable out without doing this before hand. Such a pain in the ass
